To qualify, your monthly income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent.

To apply, you need to provide your 2 most recent paystubs and a current state-issued ID or passport.

Yes, co-signers are allowed in some cases.


Is renter's insurance required?

Yes, renter's insurance is required. $300,000 liability coverage per apartment is required.


How much do utilities usually cost?

Residents pay for metered use of gas, electric, and water. Additionally, there is a $9/month fee for trash/recycling.


What is your pet policy?

Cats are allowed, and dogs are permitted in the 360 building only. 

Do you have any breed restrictions?

Yes, we have breed restrictions in place.


Do you offer affordable units / accept housing vouchers?

No, we do not offer affordable units or accept housing vouchers.


Is there outdoor street parking?

There is limited city street parking available.


Do you have any covered / reserved parking?

Yes, we offer indoor assigned garage space for an additional fee.


What type of internet is available?

CenturyLink internet services are available for purchase.


Are there electric car charging stations?

Yes, there is an electric car charging station in each building.


What's the closest public transit?

The nearest public transit stop is located 1 mile away.


Do you offer short-term rentals or furnished units?

Short-term rentals and furnished units are available upon request, with additional fees.

Yes, we have accessible apartments.


What schools are you assigned to here?

We are assigned to the Saint Paul Public Schools. Popular schools in our area include St. Paul Academy & Summit School and Cretin.
